Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is the time taken to pack, despatch and deliver your order to your door. We constantly review our process and delivery methods to ensure that the total delivery time is kept to an absolute minimum.
Estimated delivery is 3-7 working days. Please note these delivery times
are an estimate.
Although the majority of orders are delivered within these timescales there will always be a few exceptions where the delivery does not arrive within the estimated duration. In these cases we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been received with 4 working days you contact us where we can track your order.
Delivery Problems
Although we do our best to ensure that all orders
are delivered within the estimated delivery dates, it is possible that
some orders may exceed the estimated delivery span due to a number of
factors. These factors can include the locality of the delivery address within
the US, delays within the postal service or exceptionally busy periods.
In these cases we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been
received within 4 working days you contact us at shipping@righttrailers.com where
we can track your delivery. |
