Choosing a utility trailer
The most common mistake here is buying single-axle to save money on something that'll end up carrying more than planned. A single axle is lighter, easier to move by hand and cheaper. A tandem axle tows more steadily at highway speed, carries far more, and gives you a spare if a tire goes.
If it's a landscaping or contracting trailer that works five days a week, go tandem. If it's a weekend trailer for hauling a mower and yard waste, single is fine.
